Цукаты из тыквы

Яркие и аппетитные получаются цукаты из тыквы! А готовить тыквенные цукаты довольно просто: все, что вам нужно - это тыква и немного терпения. Советую попробовать - съедаются мигом! И, конечно же, домашние цукаты из тыквы полезнее магазинных.

Вам понадобятся

  • 1 кг тыквы
  • 500 мл воды
  • 500 г сахара
  • 0,5 ч.л. молотой корицы
  • 0,5 ч.л. молотого имбиря
  • 3-4 коробочки кардамона

Как это приготовить?

Шаг 1

Для приготовления цукатов из тыквы очищаем тыкву от кожуры и семян, нарезаем небольшими кусочками 3 на 3 см, добавляем коробочки кардамона.

Шаг 2

Добавляем корицу и имбирь.

Шаг 3

Добавляем сахар, заливаем водой, доводим до кипения и провариваем  20-25 минут на среднем огне.

Шаг 4

Тыква должна пропитаться сиропом и стать прозрачной. После оставляем тыкву в сиропе до полного остывания.

Шаг 5

Выкладываем тыкву на решетку и сушим в духовке при температуре 80°С в течение 4-5 часов.

Можно воспользоваться дегидратором.

Шаг 6

Охлаждаем цукаты из тыквы и убираем в герметично закрывающуюся емкость. Тыквенные цукаты готовы!

Замешивать тесто можно и руками, но это дольше по времени и сложнее. В этом случае руки периодически опускайте в холодную, почти ледяную, воду, вытирайте насухо и продолжайте вмешивать холодное масло. Тесто не должно перегреваться!
