Сливовый (абрикосовый) конфитюр с мадерой и мускатным орехом
Я люблю конфитюры за простоту их приготовления. Но этот сливовый конфитюр с мадерой и мускатным орехом бьет все рекорды - один из самых легких и быстрых конфитюров! Вместо слив можно взять абрикосы.
Вам понадобятся
- 1 кг слив (без косточки)
- 800 г сахара
- 0,5 л вина «Мадера»
- 1/3 ч.л. мускатного ореха
Как это приготовить?
Шаг 1
Отправляем в сотейник сахар с «Мадерой» и мускатный орех, провариваем 4-5 минут. 2. Добавляем кусочки сливы, провариваем на среднем огне 20 минут.
Вместо слив можно взять абрикосы.
Шаг 2
Снимаем с огня, разливаем по банкам.
