Постное печенье «Кофе»

Поделюсь с вами рецептом постного печенья в виде кофейных зерен. Банан в рецептуре заменяет яйца, кокосовое масло идеально подходит вместо сливочного, а какао поднимает настроение! Кофе - добавьте по желанию. Приготовим?

Вам понадобятся

  • 140 гр банана
  • 100 гр кокосового масла
  • 80 гр сахара
  • 250 гр муки
  • 20 гр какао-порошок
  • 2 гр молотый кофе (по желанию)
  • 6 гр разрыхлителя
  • соль

Как это приготовить?

Шаг 1

Пробейте погружным блендером банан с сахаром до состояния пюре.

Шаг 2

Добавьте горячее кокосовое масло, снова пробейте до однородной гладкой консистенции.

Шаг 3

Получившуюся массу переложите в миску, добавьте сухие ингредиенты – муку, кофе, разрыхлитель и просеянное через сито какао-порошок. Замесите тесто.

Шаг 4

Сформируйте печенье размером с большой грецкий орех. Выложите на пергамент. Мокрым ножом сделайте полоску по центру.

Шаг 5

Выпекайте в духовке, разогретой до 180°С 15-18 минут.

Замешивать тесто можно и руками, но это дольше по времени и сложнее. В этом случае руки периодически опускайте в холодную, почти ледяную, воду, вытирайте насухо и продолжайте вмешивать холодное масло. Тесто не должно перегреваться!
