Кокосовое печенье

Даже если вы никогда не готовили, уверяю, это печенье будет вам под силу! Готовится просто, но сложно остановиться, чтобы не съесть все за один присест! Рецепт кокосового печенья из моей книги «От простого к сложному с Елизаветой Глинской».

Вам понадобятся

  • 200 гр кокосовой стружки
  • 60 гр белка (2 шт.)
  • 130 гр сахарной пудры
  • 110 гр яблочного пюре или яблока, натертого на мелкой терке

Как это приготовить?

Шаг 1

Подготовим яблоко: запекаем его в микроволновке или духовке. используем мякоть.

Если времени нет, то можно натереть яблоко на мелкой терке.

Шаг 2

Соединяем яблочное пюре с белком.

60 г белка, это приблизительно белок двух яиц.

Шаг 3

Добавляем в пюре с белком кокосовую стружку и сахарную пудру.

Стружку я выбираю помельче.  

Шаг 4

Вымешиваем массы. Формируем небольшие конусы размером с грецкий орех.  

Шаг 5

Выпекаем на противне, в разогретой до 160-165°С духовке, до золотисто-коричневого цвета.

Выпекание у меня занимает от 20-25 минут. Хранится это печенье в герметично закрытом контейнере или пакете, чтоб не пересохло.

Даже самые искушенные и привыкшие к моим десертам люди искренне радовались тому, что пробуют что-то новенькое и очень интересное. Это было в марте, а он всё ещё самый популярный из всех чизкейков. А ведь знаете, ничего удивительного! Мы любим холодные чизкейки за то, что их просто готовить, легко менять вкусы и можно немного экспериментировать с текстурами.

  • Желатин листовой Ewald - 12 г
  • Сливки 33% — 50 + 250 г
  • Творожный сыр — 450 г
  • Карамель — 350 г

Шаг 1

Замешивать тесто можно и руками, но это дольше по времени и сложнее. В этом случае руки периодически опускайте в холодную, почти ледяную, воду, вытирайте насухо и продолжайте вмешивать холодное масло. Тесто не должно перегреваться!
