Гречишный чай в Китае называется Ку Цяо, и это - один из любимых напитков у китайцев. Они уважают этот чай за весьма необычный вкус, как для чая, а еще – за его пользу.
Гречишный чай, как уже можно догадаться из названия, - это чай из гречки. Только для этого чая нужна не обычная гречка, из которой мы готовим кашу, а татарская.
Татарская гречка – это сорт гречки, которую выращивают в Китае, у нее более легкий и нежный вкус, чем у гречки обычной. Чай готовят не из листьев, как все чаи, а из зерен.
Гречишный чай – это древний китайский напиток. Говорят, что еще в VII веке до нашей эры китайцы готовили из гречихи целебный отвар, который спасал их от голода. Позже из этих зерен начали готовить чай. Гречишный чай – вкусный, ароматный и сытный, потому что в нем много клетчатки (в этом он похож на гречневую кашу).
У гречишного чая привкус сдобы: напоминает теплое овсяное печенье, вафли или маффины, а в аромате – ванильные нотки. Такой вот вам жидкий десерт!
